Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 large onion, diced

  • 2 cans garbanzo beans, drained

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp fresh ground black pepper

Directions

  • Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat
  • Add onion, garbanzos, cumin, salt, and pepper
  • Mix and sauté for 3-4 minutes
  • Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes
