BIR Ginger Garlic Paste

1 cup fresh garlic peeled
1 cup fresh ginger peeled and cubed
2 tbsp avocado or equivalent vegetable oil
2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
Directions
- Add garlic and ginger to blender and blend until smooth. Use a rubber spatula periodically to push larger chunks to the bottom.
- Add oil, turmeric, and salt and blend for about a minute to fully incorporate into paste.
- Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 4 months.
