Ingredients

  • 8-10 chicken legs, skinned and cleaned

  • 1 Medium-sized onion, sliced

  • 1 garlic glove, minced

  • 2 bay leaves

  • ¼ cup of vinegar

  • ½ cup of soy sauce

Directions

  • In a large pot, add chicken, garlic, onions, vinegar, soy sauce, and bay leaves; bring to boil
  • Lower heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally
