  • Heat prepared chili sauce just short of a boil
  • Add red corn tortillas to the chili sauce one by one and heat each tortilla for about 20 seconds
  • Remove corn tortilla from chili sauce and plate; top with 2 tbsp chili sauce and 1 tbsp cheese
  • Repeating steps 2 and 3, stack 3-4 tortillas high
  • Top with 2-3 tbsp chili sauce and 1 tbsp cheese

Notes

  • You can place served plates in a warm oven while preparing plates for serving.
