Red corn tortillas
Full preparation of Enchilada Chili Sauce
Grated medium cheddar cheese
Directions
- Heat prepared chili sauce just short of a boil
- Add red corn tortillas to the chili sauce one by one and heat each tortilla for about 20 seconds
- Remove corn tortilla from chili sauce and plate; top with 2 tbsp chili sauce and 1 tbsp cheese
- Repeating steps 2 and 3, stack 3-4 tortillas high
- Top with 2-3 tbsp chili sauce and 1 tbsp cheese
Notes
- You can place served plates in a warm oven while preparing plates for serving.
