Brandied Sweet Potatoes

2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2" chunks
½ cup butter or margarine
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup brandy
½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Boil sweet potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender
- In a large skillet melt the butter or margarine
- Stir in the brown sugar, brandy, and salt until smooth
- Add sweet potatoes and cook over low heat, stirring gently, until sweet potatoes are heated through and well glazed
