Ingredients

  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 tsp white sugar

  • ¾ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp cornstarch

  • 4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts

  • ½ cup butter, melted

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Line and grease a baking dish
  • Mix bread crumbs, salt, sugar, paprika, turmeric, onion powder, garlic powder, and cornstarch in a shallow bowl
  • Dip chicken breasts into melted butter and press into cracker mixture until coated
  • Arrange chicken in prepared baking dish, leaving room between each breast
  • Bake until chicken breasts are no longer pink and the juices run clear; about 45-50 minutes (165 degree internal temp)
