2 cups panko bread crumbs
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp white sugar
¾ tsp paprika
¼ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cornstarch
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
½ cup butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Line and grease a baking dish
- Mix bread crumbs, salt, sugar, paprika, turmeric, onion powder, garlic powder, and cornstarch in a shallow bowl
- Dip chicken breasts into melted butter and press into cracker mixture until coated
- Arrange chicken in prepared baking dish, leaving room between each breast
- Bake until chicken breasts are no longer pink and the juices run clear; about 45-50 minutes (165 degree internal temp)
