1 lb extra lean ground beef
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp garlic salt
1½ tsp Italian seasoning
¾ tsp dried oregano
¾ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
½ tsp hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot) or to taste
1 small onion, finely diced
¼ cup Witches Brew (see recipe)
2 eggs
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
- Preheat an oven to 400 degrees
- Place the beef, salt, garlic salt, onion, Italian seasoning, oregano, red pepper flakes, hot pepper sauce, and Witches Brew into a mixing bowl and combine well
- Add eggs and bread crumbs; mix until evenly combined
- Form into 1½ inch meatballs and place onto a baking sheet
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 20-25 minutes
