Ingredients

  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • ½ tsp garlic salt

  • 1½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • ¾ tsp dried oregano

  • ¾ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

  • ½ tsp hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot) or to taste

  • 1 small onion, finely diced

  • ¼ cup Witches Brew (see recipe)

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

  • Preheat an oven to 400 degrees
  • Place the beef, salt, garlic salt, onion, Italian seasoning, oregano, red pepper flakes, hot pepper sauce, and Witches Brew into a mixing bowl and combine well
  • Add eggs and bread crumbs; mix until evenly combined
  • Form into 1½ inch meatballs and place onto a baking sheet
  • Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 20-25 minutes
