2 cup Worcestershire
1 tsp pickling spice
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 med onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, crushed
½ cup water
1 diced jalapeno (if you like a little heat)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes
- Cool and strain
Notes
- Uses:
- Marinate red meat
- Baste veggies or steaks while grilling
- Add about ¼ cup to hamburger meat before forming patties
