1 large onion, diced
2 cans garbanzo beans, drained
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp salt
½ tsp fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat
- Add onion, garbanzos, cumin, salt, and pepper
- Mix and sauté for 3-4 minutes
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes
