Chicken and Rice Casserole

1 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar sliced mushrooms
½ cup chopped celery
½ stick of butter
1 cup water
6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
Directions
- Heat butter in heavy bottom sauté pan
- Lightly brown chicken breasts in butter; don't cook all the way, just enough to give it some good color
- Mix all other ingredients in 2 qt casserole dish
- Place chicken on top
- Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes
