½ cup onion, finely diced
1 lb fresh lump crab meat
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp ground white pepper
½ tsp chopped parsley
½ tsp salt
1 lemon, juiced
dash tabasco sauce
dash Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients
- Refrigerate in covered container for 1 hour
- Shape into 10 2-inch patties
- Sauté in melted butter until golden brown
- Turn over and sauté on other side until golden brown
- Drain well and serve very hot
