Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced, pared apples

  • cinnamon

  • ⅓ cup firmly packed brown sugar

  • ⅓ cup sugar

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ⅓ cup butter (soft)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spread apples in a greased 8" square pan
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon
  • Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl, then add butter until mixture resembles a course crumble
  • Sprinkle over apples
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown
